This city is located in the stretching valleys of the Andes mountains, and is filled with flavor, passion, and a strong desire to dance! Day 1

LOCATION	Cali
ACTIVITY	On the first day, we will experience the distinct culture of Cali, explore some of the beautiful spots, and learn to dance a little salsa! We will start the morning as a walk / bike (choice of the organizer) to get to know the different, iconic monuments within the city. On this tour we will go to the spectacular Ermita Church, the Jairo Varela Plazoleta and the Jairo Varela Salsa Museum, the beautiful Iglesia de la Merced and the impressive Gold Museum. In the afternoon we will explore the the farmers market, and later watch the sunset at the Church of San Antonio, a quaint chapel on a hill with spectacular views of the city and the colonial neighborhood of San Antonio. After this, we will visit the Alcornoque Restaurant, one of the most famous places to try different Caleña cuisine (enjoy empanada de valluna, drink an original Shampú, and try a delicious Lulada Caleña). To end the day, we will go dancing Salsa in one of the most popular bars in the city, La Topa Tolondra.

Day 2

LOCATION	Ponce river (outskirts of Cali)
ACTIVITY	We will start the day visiting the river “Rio Pance” and the Farallones de Cali Natural Park. There, we can enjoy a quick dip in the river, and talk a walk through the pacific area’s nature. In the afternoon, we will rent the famous Colombian party-bus and tour the city Caleño style! This party bus is known as a Chiva and it will take us to a handful of night life destinations where you can practice your salsa moves.

Day 3

LOCATION	The pacific coast
ACTIVITY	On day 3, we will take an early morning ride up to visit the Christo De Rey statue, a well-known monument at the top of a mountain that closely resembles the Christ the King in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Afterwards, we will catch a bus to head over to the Pacific Coast of Colombia (about 3 hours by bus) to the city of Buenaventura. Once we are there, we will take a boat over to Juanchaco Natural Park, where we will be able to see black sandy beaches and stay a night in a tropical paradise in the middle of the jungle.

Day 4

LOCATION	Pacific Coast
ACTIVITY	We will start the day with the Mangrove Tour, entering the jungle by boat and swimming in one of the most beautiful waterfalls in the region, La Cascada Sierpe (the Sierpre Waterfall). After this, if we have enough energy, we can enjoy the day walking on the beach and end the day with the Sunset Tour on the Bird Island, enjoying the views and tranquility of the sea.

Day 5

LOCATION	San Cipriano/ Cali
ACTIVITY	Day trip to San Cipriano. Enjoy the “ghosts” old motorcycles converted into train cars for passengers. If that sounds cool and confusing, you’ll have to see it. Enjoy a relaxed afternoon exploring the rivers and small waterfalls in San Cipriano. Head back to Cali in time to get dinner in Dapa, the cool windy hillside district overlooking Cali.
